These table olives that are made in a traditional way. The green olives are emptied, in an artisan way, using a manual corer to remove the pit from their interior, and later the anchovy filling is stuffed.
In Spain they are usually served as a simple lid on a plate or as flags, very frequently they are also used for decorating cocktails.
Experts advise eating 25 grams a day (approximately 7 olives) for its important health benefits thanks to its components.
