You will be surprised by its exquisite and unique flavor.
The Bonito Seco Loin is a species caught in the different traps of the Cadiz coast. After a natural salting and drying process (in the open air) it is ready to be savored.
Pieces of approximately 400 grams.
Fillet or whole piece of bonito, gutted without head, subjected to a process of salting, washing, drying and deboning.
The bonito has vitamin D that favors the absorption of calcium, its fixation in the bones and regulates the level of this in the blood and vitamin A that contributes to the maintenance, growth and repair of the mucous membranes, skin and other tissues of the body.
Ingredients: Bonito (Sarda Sarda) and salt
