Compact meat anchovies and intense flavor.
An anchovy of quality, texture and intense flavor with almost no salt.
We recommend: remove from the refrigerator in advance, about 30 minutes -do not serve or eat cold-, taste with a good bread (wooden or rustic), such as toast or skewer and accompany with a red aged wine.
The approximate expiration date is 6 months, but the tub should be kept in the refrigerator with all the fillets covered in oil.
Organoleptic characteristics:
General appearance: Whole fillets without breaks or minimum ¾ of fillet.
Cover liquid: Specific without strange odors
Aqueous exudate: Less than 5% of the volume of the covering liquid
Color of the meat: Reddish-brown.
Smell: Specific, pleasant and intense. Absence of musty odor
Texture: The fillet bends when punctured with a toothpick and does not break
