Once put in olive oil, it is used for toasts or salads. It is the ideal variety to make esgarraet, scrambled eggs, salads, stuffed peppers as well as other dishes such as rice or cakes.
Store in a refrigerator. Expiration: 3 months
The "English type" crumbs are ready for consumption raw. We use the best cod (Gadus Morhua), boneless and skinless.
Partially desalted and with an optimal degree of drying, they are made entirely by hand, in an artisanal and traditional way by our expert operators.
