The collection of Basque Chilli (Piparra) is carried out during the months of July to October in the Basque Autonomous Community, from where this product originates, inimitable for its color, flavor, texture and size. Its sowing is carried out in sandy, humid lands and at altitudes below 450 meters above sea level.
