This Legal Notice regulates the access, browsing, and use of the Website. Browsing the Website confers user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access. The owner may modify this Legal Notice at any time, so periodic reading is recommended.

The user undertakes to make correct use of the Website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, traffic customs, and this Legal Notice, and shall be liable to the owner and third parties for any damages caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

The purchase of products through the Website is also governed by the General Terms of Use and Sale, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy, which together with this Legal Notice form the complete legal framework of the Website.

Access to the Website is free, without prejudice to the fact that certain services (such as product purchases) require registration or the completion of forms. The user guarantees the authenticity and timeliness of the data they provide and will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made.

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services of the Website and not to use them for, among other things:

•     Disseminating criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive, terrorist apology, or generally illegal or public order-defying content.

•     Introducing computer viruses or performing actions that may alter, damage, interrupt, or generate errors in the systems of the owner or third parties, or hinder the access of other users through the massive consumption of resources.

•     Attempting to access restricted areas of the owner's or third parties' systems or extract information from them.

•     Reproducing, copying, distributing, transforming, or publicly communicating content without authorization from the rights holder.

•     Performing scraping, data mining, automated extraction, or indexing of Website content (including prices, product sheets, photographs, and texts), as well as its use for training artificial intelligence systems, without prior written authorization from the owner.

The owner reserves the right to remove content, restrict, or prevent access to the Website, temporarily or permanently, for users who breach these conditions, as well as to take appropriate legal action.

All contents of the Website —texts, product sheets, photographs, videos, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design, source codes, and databases—, as well as the trademarks, trade names, and distinctive signs that appear therein (including SalazonArte and OlivArte), are owned by Alejandro Navarro Sánchez or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Access to the Website does not grant the user any exploitation rights over said contents, beyond their viewing and legally authorized private copies, provided that they are not transferred to third parties, not installed on network-connected servers, and are not subject to any exploitation. The distribution, modification, transfer, or public communication of the contents and any other act not expressly authorized by the owner are prohibited.

Links to the Website. The establishment of a hyperlink to the Website requires prior written authorization from the owner, may only lead to the homepage, will not imply any relationship between the owner and the linking site, and may not be accompanied by false, inaccurate or derogatory statements about the owner or illegal content. The owner may demand the removal of the link at any time.

Links from the Website. Links to third-party sites are for informational purposes only. The owner does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the operation, content, privacy or cookie policies of the linked sites, nor for the result obtained by the user when visiting them.

The content of the Website is general in nature and for informational and commercial purposes. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or the completeness, correctness, validity or timeliness of its content, nor its suitability for a specific purpose.

The owner excludes, to the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to the inalienable rights of consumers, any liability for damages arising from:

•     The impossibility of accessing the Website or the lack of veracity, accuracy or timeliness of the content.

•     The presence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations in computer systems, electronic documents or user data.

•     The incorrect use of the Website by the user and the breach of law, good faith, public order or this Legal Notice.

•     Actions of third parties that violate intellectual and industrial property rights, trade secrets, rights to honor, privacy or self-image, or unfair competition and illegal advertising regulations.

•     The content, services and practices of third-party websites linked from the Website or that link to it.

The processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD). The data controller is Alejandro Navarro Sánchez, with the contact details indicated in clause 1.

The data provided through the Website forms will be processed for the purposes of managing orders and the commercial relationship, answering queries and, only with the consent of the interested party, sending commercial communications, from which you can unsubscribe at any time through the link provided in each shipment (art. 21 LSSI-CE). The data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally obliged or when necessary for the provision of the service (e.g., transport companies and payment gateways).

The interested party can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing and data portability by contacting info@salazonarte.com or the address indicated in clause 1, proving their identity.
