2. Personal data we process and its origin
We only process data directly provided by the data subject, specifically:
• Customer and order data: first and last name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and order history, provided upon registration or purchase in the online store.
• Payment data: managed directly by secure payment gateways; SalazonArte does not access or store complete credit card details or other payment methods.
• Contact and inquiry data: those provided through contact forms, email, or phone.
• Subscription data: email provided to receive the newsletter or commercial communications.
• Browsing data: collected through cookies and similar technologies, as per the Cookie Policy.
We do not obtain data from publicly accessible sources or third parties, and we do not process special categories of data. The data subject guarantees the veracity and currency of the provided data and will be responsible for false or inaccurate statements.

4. Commercial and advertising actions
SalazonArte will only send commercial, promotional, or marketing communications to those who have expressly requested or consented to them, or to its customers regarding products similar to those already purchased, in accordance with Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Under no circumstances will communications be sent based on data obtained from sources other than the data subject themselves.
The data subject can object or unsubscribe at any time and free of charge from these communications: (i) through the unsubscribe link included in each email; (ii) by writing to info@salazonarte.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line; or (iii) by postal mail to Av. Vía Láctea, 20, 28938 Móstoles (Madrid). Unsubscribing will not affect communications strictly necessary for the management of their orders.
Consent for commercial communications is collected separately and unequivocally (unpremarked box), and its withdrawal does not condition the purchase or provision of any service.
5. Retention periods
• Order and billing data: during the contractual relationship and, thereafter, blocked for the statute of limitations periods for applicable tax and legal obligations (generally between 4 and 6 years).
• Customer account: as long as it remains active; the customer can request its deletion at any time.
• Commercial communications: until the data subject withdraws their consent or objects to the processing.
• Queries: the time necessary to address them and, where applicable, to prove their attendance.
6. Recipients and data processors
Data is not transferred or sold to third parties. It is only communicated or accessed when necessary to provide the service, to the following categories of recipients:
• Shopify (e-commerce platform that hosts the online store), as a data processor.
• Transport and courier companies, to which essential data for order delivery (name, address, phone number) are communicated.
• Payment gateways and financial entities, for secure payment processing.
• Email marketing service providers and management tools, as data processors.
• Public administrations, judges, and courts, when there is a legal obligation.
International transfers. Some providers (such as Shopify) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are covered by adequate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Rights of data subjects
Any person can exercise the following rights free of charge:
• Access: to know if we are processing your data and obtain a copy of it.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
• Objection: to object to the processing, particularly to the sending of advertising.
• Restriction: to request the restriction of processing in legal cases.
• Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or to have it transmitted to another controller.
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without retroactive effects.

8. Minors
The Website and the online store are intended for users over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor under their care has provided us with personal data, they can request its deletion at info@salazonarte.com.
