Before opening: no refrigeration required — store in a cool, dry place, away from light (pantry item).
Once opened: keep refrigerated and always covered with oil, preferably in the original sealed jar; consume within 4–5 days.
The oil may solidify slightly when cold: this is normal, it will return to its original state at room temperature.
